Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I really wanted to love it but it did not work for me
I have curly/wavy hair that are frizzy and look really bad without additional products daily, for that reason I've been straightening them for years now. I did notice that when I take a shower it does prevent my hair from getting too moist from steam, usually they would start to get wavy after 2nd shower, but with this it was holding 1-2 washes longer without starting to get wavy, however the application method just does not work for me, blow drying my hair (as per instructions) makes it look horrible no matter how I do it and that also means I have to apply heat twice, once to dry and once to straighten. My hair did not feel any softer or better afterwards, but maybe that's because blow drying method just generally does not work well for me

Not worth the hype
I have this this a couple of times but I wouldn't say it gives my hair a super noticeable shine that I can't get with a shine treatment like the Amika's. I've been using it with my Revlon dryer though so maybe the effects are better with proper blow-drying. A bit expensive for these results
