Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Blow dry each section using a brush to hold hair taut. Requires blow-drying to activate. For best results, use every three to four washes.

I definitely recommend it
I'm glad it comes in the 500ml size, because I've already used up multiples of the smaller sizes. I have long hair, medium hair, wavy and frizzy permanently, neither oily nor dry. After shampooing I use Kerastase l' incroyable blowdry on wet hair and blow dry it, before it dries completely I spray dream coat strand by strand and continue blow drying, then I straighten it with a straightener. This is the way I found it works on my hair. The 200ml packages lasted me around 5 months, using it once a week. I live in humid city and it keeps the straightening perfect for 4-5 days.
