Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I liked the product, helps with frizzy hair, but not completely. Do need to apply after every wash though, even though bottle mentions lasts for 2-3 washes. But the spray nozzle broke, and i have not been able to fix it. So, I waste a lot of product everytime I use it.
