Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. It really does work. You just have to always coat all your hair and then use a blow dryer. There are some days when I am too lazy for it, but the result is amazing :)

It definitely does what it advertises. It leaves the hair looking soft and does not leave the hair feeling heavy at all, but I feel like sometimes it can make it a little oily (could be that I'm not using the right way) and I also feel like the effect doesn't last 3 to 4 washes which, personally doesn't bother me that much. For that I give it 4 starts. It's very good but could be a little better.
