Swirl a brush around the outer shade and tap off any excess. Run the brush flat, up the cheekbone starting from the apple of the cheek, to add structure to the face.
Take the pointed tip of the brush, 'pop' it in the core colour and tap off the excess. Apply to the apples of the cheeks to make them glow. Blend seamlessly together.

The Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic in the shade 'Pillow Talk' has been my go-to blusher for the last 6 months and will continue to be my blusher of choice! Not only is the packaging beautiful and special (like all CT products), but the product itself is so dreamy! The shade is perfect for my fair skin, but as it's so pigmented it would also work well on all skin tones.
