In a sleek pencil-like cylinder that slips easily into handbag, the dual-ended Brow Definer holds a grooming brush on one end and a pigmented, triangular nib on the other.

Tapered and ultra-creamy, this advanced formula melds the benefits of a pencil, wax and powder for a waterproof and believably natural finish. Work the spoolie brush over your brows to rein in wayward strays, before using the pencil to define and fill sparse arches.
