Vieve has the best lipliners
Great liners, not too dry not too smudgey. Great in combination with lipstick, on it’s own or with a gloss/oil.

I was swatching some lip pencil on my hand to compare their color. This pencil remained on my hand for hours because I forgot to remove the swatches. On top of that I have been able to remove it only with a biphasic product or a cleansing balm.
