Amazing serum, hideous packaging
As for the contets of the bottle, this is my absolute favourite serum. If I could only use one product for the rest of my life, it would be this one. It's very hydrating, a little goes a long way and it leaves my skin looking wonderful. The packaging on the other hand... I should've listened to the reviews when I was first purcashing this, so I wouldn't have to suffer loving and hating this at the same time. It's just very bad design honestly. I was wondering how I could've run out of thi so fast, so I decided to cut the packaging open. That was extremely hard as it's made out of very thick plastic. When I finally got it open there was a good 20ml of the whole 40ml of product left in the bottle. I ended up transferring the rest to another container. All in all, the serum is lovely, the packaging is not so consumer friendly and in fact very wasteful.

wish they would listen to the feedback on packaging
I love this serum BUT the packaging is terrible and given how often people complain about it you would think the manufacturer's would listen. You can never tell how much product is left, when mine stops pumping I leave it for a few days and suprisingly, when I try it again it gives me a few more pumps which means it is not empty. I wish they would just put it in tube which is just as airtight - that way you could cut it open at the end to get every last dreg out.

Great serum but terrible packaging!!
Tried a sample of this from the try me mini set I got so bought the full size feel in love with the toner, serum and cream amazing for winter days when your skin needs that extra hydration only down side to this is the packaging! Pump stops working after a bit and there’s no other way to get it out can’t even unscrew the top or anything such a waste putting me off from buying again even though I really enjoy using thisÂ

Great product, only issue is packaging
Found this has really helped restore my skin barrier - not greasy, easily absorbed. Only issue is the pump, sometimes it doesn’t release the product so you’ve to bang it on a counter to move the cream down.

Great product, aweful bottle.
I bought this because I had tried the product before and really loved it. The packaging looks and feels great, but the bottle stopped working or it was only half-way filled, because after a couple of weeks it just gave out, giving me even less product than the mini version! I tried opening the cap and almost cut myself so I gave up. If you want to try this product, just get the travel-size. Very disappointed with this.

Great product, poor packaging
The pump stopped working the 2nd day I received the serum. I had bought the minis to test and I love the product, now I have a full bottle of serum that I had to crack open with to be able to use it, with all the negatives that this has. The bottle looks cute, but it's just plastic and the pump does not work. I will not be repurchasing, it's like throwing money away.
