I can't comment on skin benefits as I just drank one bottle but this does make difference in my sleep. I will repurchase this!

Unfortunately i did not notice much difference by using this product.

I've been using this for almost a month and don't notice major improvements in my sleep or skin. The soft minty smell is very pleasant. I'm not sure if I will repurchase.

So far haven't seen any changes yet. but a little pricy compare with the amount it come with.

I haven’t noticed extreme skin benefits but my skin seems even and it makes a difference in my sleep. Will keep repurchasing. I believe products like this need a long term commitment for results. 

I actually bought this supplement because I was looking for something to improve my sleep quality. Well, it does not do that at all but it is absolutely amazing when it comes to giving you clear skin and a wonderful glow. I do not really have significant acne issues but this supplement has even eliminated my PMS/period breakouts. That was quite an improvement for me! For reference, I have oily skin.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use these longer than a week. Within the week I started using these I experienced extreme tiredness and grogginess during the day which severely  to affect my ability to do daily tasks, so I had to discontinue use.

Worked very good for me the first month. It’s been a while that I didn’t sleep so well! I bought a second bottle but it doesn’t help me as before. I think I need to take a break. I ordered Calm sweet Calm

To be honest i haven't seen any resuts on my skin so far... It hasn't affected my sleep in any way eather. Been using it for about 2 weeks. I hope by the time i finish the bottle i will end up loving this product.

The perfect combination: I finally sleep better and when I wake up my skin looks radiant and fresh :-) Thanks to the soft gel texture, they are easy to swallow, too!
