Easy to swallow. Not a bad taste, that’s an advantage as well.

Received them first from 2022 advent calendar. Fell in love and have been repurchasing ever since. The taste and texture changed but only for the better. Do notice loads of new hair. Prefer to keep them in the fridge. 

made my hair grow faster, even my lashes and eyebrows grew longer and fuller :)
