Re-formulated for worse
The new formula is worse than the old one. The old serum was very liquid and it was easily absorbed into the skin, that mean the ingredients did their job. In the new formula they added some sort of thickeners, so now most of it simply sits on top of the skin. If you put too much (hoping to actually get some benefit) it also piles up and it becomes similar to wet paper when you rub it, if that makes sense. I don't know why they changed it, but it's useless now. With the old formula you could see the dark circles diminish. The new one is like applying gelatine: does nothing beneficial, piles up, waste of money and space.

Really wanted to like it
At first was pretty good at depuffing, especially when applied with a cold object, however, later on it (the same product in the same bottle) made my eyes sting.

Really works!
I didn’t have high hopes this would really help my eye bags much as nothing ever has. I have tried them all! I did not see much difference at first but am now noticing results after using this for about 6 -7 weeks day and night... I keep thinking must be placebo effect as I can barely believe it, being so used to nothing working! But the bags really have shrunk! They have not gone, I doubt they ever will but I am contented that they are a lot less now. I have been on the quest for a solution for this for many years since an illness and then allergies, am now in my early sixties. I think bags are worse than wrinkles. I am so enthusiastic I am trying out other TO products to hopefully maybe tackle pigmentation and if wrinkles are helped in any way it would be an added bonus! I recommend trying this at least. I advise you persevere to really notice results but in my case anyway, worth the wait!

very nice
I have puffy and reddish eyes when I wake up or when I'm tired. I use this solution morning and night and I feel like my eyes are less puffy, less red (the skin) and less tired looking overall. I feel like I get a boost of energy on my eyelids :P

The jury is still out......
Bought this with high hopes. Used it on just one eye for two weeks (and no creams at all on the other eye) to see if there was any noticeable difference. I think there was. It certainly smooths out lines and crinkles after a few minutes of patting it around the eye area, but I’m not sure if the effects are that long-lasting. However I am now using it on both eyes, morning and night. I like it under make-up. It’s been about a month now and I am still monitoring it! It wasn’t expensive so I’m very prepared to persist with it! I would buy again.
