Toxins in ingredients
I don't know if this is great at toning brassy blonde hair because I didn't realise the ingredients list was high in toxins. They whitened up my white runners really well though!

Nice results but tricky application
I liked the results of it on my hair. It's the first time I used a purple mask instead of purple shampoo and I was pleasantly surprised to not have the toner dry my hair. The color results were great too. However, I had difficulty evenly applying it on my hair. It doesn't spread as easily as other masks, including the Amika The Kure mask. I had to use a comb, which on wet hair can be damaging.

Good for fighting brass on silver hair
I've been using it for a while and I put it to the test in summer, the worst season for white hair. It works. I really like it. A little but: my hair is very dry so I still have to apply other products to keep it hydrated. This one, because it has the pigments, I do not keep on for as long as my hair needs to feel hydrated. So I use the amika overnight dream routine a few nights a week and I alternate this one with a non pigmented one that I leave for long. Sometimes I put on a "normal" one and in the last ten minutes or so, I cover with this one any strays that look brassy. Because the texture is so dense, it's really easy to just select exactly where you wanna apply it. Do wash your hands (especially the nails!) immediately after applying it, though.
