I bought this to mix in with the brand's retinol in the evening and vitamin C in the morning. Feels good, just enough for people with oilier skin. It lasted about 5 months using about two pumps a day. I wish there was a refill–it feels like a waste throwing that much plastic away in the end instead of just refilling the inner part.

Luxury Hydration or Just Pricey Humectants?
I used the B-Hydra serum consistently as a primary hydrating step. In terms of performance, it's a perfectly fine product. The gel texture is lightweight, absorbs beautifully, and layers well without pilling. It definitely provides excellent basic hydration, leaving the skin feeling quenched and healthy. The sticking point is the value proposition. The key active ingredients here are Hyaluronic Acid and Pro-Vitamin B5—workhorses readily available in many excellent, budget-friendly formulas. I honestly did not see any "extra" glow or plumping benefit from the premium complexes (like the Pineapple Ceramide) that justified the extremely high price point. It works, but the results were easily matched by alternatives that cost a third of the price. I'd recommend it only if price is absolutely no object; otherwise, save your money and grab a reliable drugstore dupe.
