These eye masks are so nice and relaxing. I use mostly when feeling bad (also in bad mood), have a head ache or cold and the masks help me to fall asleep and sleep better.

Constant repurchase
I buy these time and time again. I use these during a nighttime meditation session to help me relax or during a long haul flight. Have never had any issue getting them through airport security. And the last much longer than the 15 minutes they say. Just be mindful if using with a silk pillowcase as the silk absorbs the heat and can be quite hot afterwards on your face.

Solves a sleep crisis
I use these every so often when I know I need a good night's sleep - i.e. the night before a work presentation is due or before I have a really busy day.
