Not an essential but a lovely indulgence
Definitely not an essential, you could achieve roughly the same effect with a warm towel over your eyes and a nice candle nearby. However, it is a lovely indulgence! The eye mask heats up slowly and the fragrance gets stronger as it does. There's a separation in the mask for your nose to fit and the straps are secure but not too tight! The fragrance stays subtle enough to not be overwhelming, a really lovely sensory experience. Highly recommend for times when you want to chill out with an audiobook/podcast or in the bath or get to sleep quickly!

What a great eye mask

How come I'd never heard of these before?
I got one of these in a Cult Beauty edit and immediately had to buy more. They really do heat up quite a lot and it lasts for a long time - I like to add a regular eye mask on top to help the heat last and really press it against my eyelids (the downside of this is that I end up sweating off my skincare :P). They also smell nice - and I usually don't like floral scents, but this is very light and lovely and uncomplicated. Great for migraines or just some bougie relaxation.
