1. Start with clean, dry hair. Make sure your hair is free from any oils or products to ensure maximum light penetration.

2. Place the headband on your scalp. Begin by positioning it at the front hairline. If it feels stiff or snug, don't force it-gently adjust it or try placing it from the back of your head instead. Head shapes vary, and due to the nature of this device it may take a moment to find the most comfortable way to place it on.

3. Adjust for better coverage. If the headband is positioned too far back or begins to slip, you can adjust it further back or forward as needed. If necessary, use a small hair claw clip to help hold it securely in place.

4. No need to separate your hair. The LED bristles are designed to penetrate through the hair, so simply slide the headband back across the areas where you want to encourage hair growth.
