It doesn't feel really comfortable and it's difficult to clean since the product is not waterproof. I will continue using it but I'm not really sure if it's doing much for my hair and scalp. It is nice for some self care time

It takes time but it works
I have bought this brush last year end of May and in the beginning could not get the hang of it. Give yourself the time to learn how to use it. It works. Not on it’s own, you need more to reverse thinning hair. However it is a really good addition to a regrow regime if used properly - on dry hair at least 5x a week. I see a real difference 8 months later. Be patience. Be consistent. I like this brush more than a helmet or cap. Firstly from a price point. Secondly, the combing is soothing (at least for me) and the vibrations give a nice head massage.
