Make sure the battery is fully charged. Place the battery on the back of the hat where the three magnetic dots are. The battery should easily click into place. Press and hold the power button. The battery will beep and the lights will turn on. Once the RED LIGHT HAT lights are illuminated, put the hat on your head. The battery will beep after the 10-minute treatment is up. Use The RED LIGHT HAT daily for 10 minutes for 16 weeks. Follow up with regular maintenance treatments 3-4x a week.
