My hair is in okay condition overall but has a lot of highlighting. I left it on overnight - no massive improvement but my hair did straighten nicely after and stayed smooth despite the humidity. I have long thick hair and a little does go a long way. I use it once a week and my hair does seem sleeker after blow drying.

Very good for damaged hair
Very good! What I do is leave it on all night then wash my hair the next morning, the bottle is very small for the price but it does help you hair go back to being healthy.

Highly recommended
I have used this twice since buying, both times I left it on my hair for about one hour and my hair is softer, shinier and feels stronger on the ends. I thought it was pricey for the size of the bottle (would go quickly if you have very thick hair), but it is worth it for healthy hair. I will be using it every week or so from now on.
