Must have after dying your hair
This is a must have product for me. I'll use it every time after I visit hair salon, as I dying my hair or putting bleach on it. It helps me to keep my hair healthy. I don't use it before every wash, but once in 10 days helps in keeping my hair looking great.

I've been bleaching my hair for many years and in my experience Olaplex 3 is one of the best at-home treatments for damaged & dry hair. I use it once a week for at least 15 minutes. I've noticed that sometimes if you keep it for too long (like several hours), it might make the hair a little stiff and not shiny.
