I think I expected something else before purchase so I was taken aback by how spicy the initial spray was but after a few hours it turned into a really pleasant soft vanilla-y scent. It layers well with other perfumes. I personally wouldn't say it's a safe blind buy so try the 10 ml first before purchasing.
