It's a staple in any perfume enthusiast's collection for a reason...
It really is the most versatile vanilla I've encountered. It was created as a topper, but can be worn on its own, or paired with.... well... virtually any other fragrance to create something unique and new. I layer this over my florals, and my signature (Dries Van Noten Soie Malaquais) to spice it up. It's sexy and boozy, sugary, but not overly sweet. The juice gets darkers as it ages, and the lasting power of this increases as it darkens. I have the 100ml bottle and this mini for travel and I personally find it worth it's price point. It's for the folks who aren't vanilla or gourmand girlies. Honestly, it's for the girlies who aren't perfume girlies too. It's a masterclass is simple, perfumery without being dull, but is instead timeless. From the top all the way to dry-down, it plays tricks. Seems linear unil you get whiffs of the top notes hours later. Highly recommend!

Finally got to try this and it is definitely worth the hype. I love vanilla scents and this is just perfect. It has a great vanilla scent but has also woodsy or musky scent to it which I love. It also lasts crazy long. Will definitely be repurchasing when I run out.
