It does it all - detangles, nourishes, smothers, protects! I spend a lot of time in the sun, salt water and wind, my hair does need protection and this product ticked all the boxes. I really like this amika spray it is lightweight on your hair, it does the job, but ot has two things, first the packaging is too small, and second be careful if you have oily hair, at first it can male you seem a bit oily, so use little product.
