Keep Calm
This really is such a lovely bougie treat. I use it when flying but also on my pillow and in the bath. I suffer from migraine and find it quite good for headache and associated nausea. Maybe it's a placebo but it smells divine.

I got this as a sample and got addicted. It has such a lovely smell I use it right after I get out of the shower as a perfume as well as instructed when feeling anxious. It really helps me relax and smell SO good. Highly recommend it.
