  • amika Hydro Rush Intense Hydration Mask

Image 1 of 1

Target split ends and give your dry, damaged hair a weekly overhaul with the Hydro Rush Intense Moisture Mask from Amika.

Ideal for medium to thick hair with a wavy, curly or coily texture, this silicone-free formula — which has a whipped texture — provides an intense source of hydration and helps detangle strands. Made with squalane (to prevent moisture loss and restore hair’s suppleness), hyaluronic acid (which plumps dry hair by attracting moisture) and bio-fermented coconut water (a natural source of hydration), this five-minute mask is the key to healthy hair, with clinically tested results lasting up to five days.

After shampooing, squeeze excess water out of hair and apply the mask to mid to end lengths. Comb through to disperse evenly, then let sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat weekly.

Forget unattainable and exclusive beauty ideals and instead discover Amika. Born in 2007, the brand was founded by industry outsiders — who liked to bend the rules — and continues to champion itself as inclusive to all hair types. And speaking of hair, quench thirsty strands with Amika’s Hydro Rush Intense Moisture Mask, designed to detangle locks and prevent moisture loss while restoring suppleness.

    I was socked!

I have low porosity, thick wavy-curly hair that struggles with keeping hydration and shape and I've tried a lot of masks. When I tell you this is the best yet, I'm not exaggerating! So so so moisturising and after detangling the curls came instantly! Will always repurchase this.

    Very hydrating!

It's definitely hydrating but, if I'm being honest, I prefer the Amika Soulfood Nourishing Mask. If you don't need anything too nourishing, then this one is a good option for you. The scent is lovely, too.
