Mix 2 tablespoons (18g) with 300 mL of warm water, once daily.
The HydroProtein Elixir can be taken at any time of day whenever best suits your daily routine. We do however recommend not taking it at nighttime due to the inclusion of B vitamins.

Deliciously hydrating
I love the taste of this, it’s the perfect amount of blackcurrant and pomegranate. I love how long this lasts and how much it has benefited my hair, skin and general wellness. I’d love to trial the other flavour to see if it aligns with my tastebuds
Flavour: blackcurrant & pommegrante Dissolves into water quite quickly and leaves no clumps which is a perfect way to get this into you. But for me for the flavours just weren’t it. It’s not something I’d reach for always. I’d love to try the other flavour to see if it aligns with my tastebuds more. It did help me give a boost in the afternoon though I felt great when I did have it which is a bonus. Adding more protein in to my diet through water is also a massive thing for me as I seem to lack a lot of that. So for a busy mum this would be perfect if you loved the flavours. Clean ingredient list and added bonus of hydration does a world of good. I received this product to trial and test out to give my honest opinion and feedback :)

Great powder
Ive been trying this protein for about 2 weeks now. I already am a big fan of the welleco products, using the other protein, night elixir and the greens too. This one is great because it has the added collagen and a fresher feel with the fruity flavor. I think I’ll be switching between both protein types now depending on my mood and energy needs! I feel a sustained energy, and love that it’s such a clean product for my body. Another winner in my books. I received this product from WelleCo to review, but I’d buy it too now after trying it.

Improvement in my skin and better muscle recovery after workouts.
I've tried a lot of protein powders, but The HydroProtein Elixir in Blackcurrant & Pomegranate stands out because of its added beauty and hydration benefits. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my skin—it looks more hydrated and has a healthier glow. Fruity and refreshing
This protein water is fruity and fresh. It has good protein content for the calories and I love that it doesn\'t contain whey protein or sugar alcohols as they can upset my stomach. Great Product
I’ve been drinking the blackcurrant and pomegranate flavoured elixir for the last few weeks. It is a very fine powder that is easy to mix and doesn’t leave any lumpy bits. I have found the taste to be a little sour and salty. Over the past few weeks I have noticed my muscles are not sore after visiting the gym. I’ve been having trouble with my nails being weak and breaking but they seem much stronger since I’ve been drinking the elixir. I received this product from Welleco to review.

enhanced energy levels and recovery
As someone who exercises daily I've noticed a marked increase in my energy levels during workouts and my recovery has improved. I'm particularly sold on the high percentage of daily intake of vitamin c and zinc, along with other vitamins and minerals, in addition to the 15 grams of protein per serve. The flavour is great and because i follow a clean diet i love that it's free from any nasty additives and preservatives. So much goodness in one serve. You should give it a go

Tastes delicious and is good for you
