Improvement in my skin and better muscle recovery after workouts.
I've tried a lot of protein powders, but The HydroProtein Elixir in Blackcurrant & Pomegranate stands out because of its added beauty and hydration benefits. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my skin—it looks more hydrated and has a healthier glow. Fruity and refreshing
This protein water is fruity and fresh. It has good protein content for the calories and I love that it doesn\'t contain whey protein or sugar alcohols as they can upset my stomach. Great Product
I’ve been drinking the blackcurrant and pomegranate flavoured elixir for the last few weeks. It is a very fine powder that is easy to mix and doesn’t leave any lumpy bits. I have found the taste to be a little sour and salty. Over the past few weeks I have noticed my muscles are not sore after visiting the gym. I’ve been having trouble with my nails being weak and breaking but they seem much stronger since I’ve been drinking the elixir. I received this product from Welleco to review.

enhanced energy levels and recovery
As someone who exercises daily I've noticed a marked increase in my energy levels during workouts and my recovery has improved. I'm particularly sold on the high percentage of daily intake of vitamin c and zinc, along with other vitamins and minerals, in addition to the 15 grams of protein per serve. The flavour is great and because i follow a clean diet i love that it's free from any nasty additives and preservatives. So much goodness in one serve. You should give it a go
I've been using HydroProtein Elixir for the past six months, alongside weight training four times a week. Tastes delicious and is good for you

Refreshing alternative
This protein powder (pomegranate and blackcurrant flavour) is an excellent alternative if you are trying to cut down on dairy-based high-protein products. I have been relying on high-protein yoghurt as my post-workout recovery regime. This product has been a refreshing alternative to my usual yoghurt as it is convenient to make (easily dissolved in chilled water) and to bring with me (it doesn\'t need to be chilled all the time, like the yoghurt that I previously had). I like that it not only helps with my muscle repair after the workout but also supports electrolyte balance and has benefits for skin, hair, and nails. Easy to use, great benefits
I’ve been using The HydroProtein Elixir before my workouts, and overall, I’m really impressed. The blackcurrant and pomegranate flavor is delicious—refreshing without being too sweet. The powder dissolves quickly in water without going lumpy. I noticed a real difference in my nails, which feel stronger, and my hair has less breakage. I also felt more energized during workouts and recovered faster afterward. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that it’s a bit on the pricey side. Great energy booster!
I am new to adding a hydro drink to my pre exercise regime and I\'ve found it has been a great addition. The HydroProtein Elixir Blackcurrant & Pomegranate has a really balanced flavour and definitely makes you feel hydrated and energised. I love that it has the right balance of ingredients and supplements without too many added nasties. I did at first worry that it would be too sweet as you can smell it as soon as you open the container but I was surprised that it wasnt too overpowering.
