The scent is so good
I live in a country where the water is super hard, and my hair usually feels somehow dry and oily at the same time. I've been searching for a hard-water-friendly shampoo and conditioner for years. This conditioner isn't hugely better than a lot of the other more premium conditioners I've tried (and I've tried a lot), but I do think it's a little better (my hair feels a bit cleaner and softer than it does when I use other conditioners), and I just love the subtly herbal scent of it. I didn't notice any big difference in my hair's volume when I used this and the matching shampoo, but I'd definitely consider buying it again if I found it on sale, just for the scent alone. For reference, I'm 43, caucasian, female, with relatively fine, only slightly wavy, brown hair.

Just brilliant
I adore this conditioner, my hair has been getting much more brittle with age (45 and counting) and I’ve found using this conditioner, alongside their intensive weekly conditioner, has helped me grow my hair past shoulder length - something I was struggling to do beforehand. It leaves my hair feeling fluffy soft and the smell is subtle but delicious. Would defo recommend for peri and post menopausal hair issues.Â

Same as the shampoo
First day, when the shampoo dried my hair big time I said: OK, maybe with the conditioner things will get better. Nope, this conditioner does not add hydration at all and hair is still dry and tangled after. Happy I got it in one of the hair edits, as if I had paid full prize I wouldn’t be happy at all.Â
