A Good one
I really like this one, it holds on to what it is supposed to and doesn't feel too sticky. It can create lumps if you are not careful with your first layer of eyeshadow, I find pressing and not swiping it into place helps.

Effective primer but it dries my skin
I am a bit diappointed because I normally love this brand. But this primes dries out the skin around my eyes. It probably works better for other customers with less sensitive skin and yes, it holds the eyeshadow in its place.

This is the third time I've purchased this product and I've never had any complain with its consistency before. I'm not sure if the formula has changed meanwhile but it dries very quickly and leaves no time to blend the eyeshadow

The best eye primer out there
I've been purchasing this eye primer for years and I keep returning to it - I don't even need to try other brands because this is just the one for me. I have sensitive eyes and this Urban Decay primer doesn't irritate my eyes at all; it blends nicely and the make up stays on for an entire day. You just need a very small amount each time, so the product will also last for quite a while.
