Too expensive
The price is outrageous for what it is (basically water with a bit of magnesium chloride, arnica, and lavender oil). Lavender essential oil is a known allergen, so I was a little hesitant to use it at first. The evidence for magnesium’s effectiveness when applied topically is quite limited at best. That said, it does smell nice, feels pleasant, and the ritual of applying it is genuinely relaxing. It was a gift, and I would never purchase it myself, but I have enjoyed using it.
