Infused with 40mg of magnesium per three sprays, it helps restore pH balance, reduce lactic acid and support hydration. Too expensive for what you are getting
The price is outrageous for what it is (basically water with a bit of magnesium chloride, arnica, and lavender oil), especially considering how tiny the bottle is (only 15 ml!). Lavender essential oil is a known allergen, so I was a little hesitant to use it at first. The evidence for magnesium’s effectiveness topically is quite limited at best. That said, it does smell nice, feels pleasant, and the ritual of applying it is genuinely relaxing. It was a gift, and I would never purchase it myself, but I have enjoyed using it.

Started to use this magnesium spray after my work-outs and before bedtime. The smell on it’s own is very relaxing, feeling a little less pain in my muscles

It smells really good and has a pleasant, light texture. I feel it does help me sleep. I use it for my kids too and they love it. I just wish it came in a bigger size!
