Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Nice cleansing balm
I have struggled to find a cleaner for my sensitive dry skin. This is really good for that. I like to warm it up in my hands and add a splash of water which makes it into a milky kind of texture. The only thing I don’t enjoy about it is I somehow get this white residue in my eyes after washing my face. I can remove it but it’s a bit odd.Â

Cleanser
I use this as part of a double cleans in the evening. It’s a lovely thick consistency and does feel lovely on my skin. I would say that it does not remove make up as well as other cleansers I’ve used. Great price point though and lasts agesÂ

Great for the price
FYI I wear sunscreen and light makeup on a daily. Yes, it does leave a film on your face! I use it as the first step in my double cleansing routine so it doesn't bother me much. The texture gets a bit funky and gritty (like extra exfoliation) but the product works great as a no-fuss, affordable oil cleanser. Also, hasn't irritated my sensitive skin at all! For the price and the amount you get, nothing beats this.

Quite sticky
Although i do like the effect it’s had on my skin, it doesn’t properly wash off and does require a water based cleanser to follow, as it’s really sticky and sets on the skin almost like actual oil - if i dont double cleanse, it will leave my skin very very greasy. I think there are other oil-based cleansers that does the job better and leaves the skin clean and non-sticky.Â

Great cleanser for anyone
I love this as my first cleanse, sometimes morning.  It has good slip, it emulsifies easily, it’s not drying, and removes every scrap of makeup. It’s budget friendly, and very gentle, I can use this even if my face is angry from overdoing the actives!It has a slight scent, earthy, oaty, but no fragrance.  Will always re-purchaseÂ

Cheap and reasonably cheerful: Does the job, but others do it better
A nice cheap alternative to some of the more pricey cleansing balms out there. Removed my makeup, sunscreen, and left my skin feeling soft; however, I hated the gritty bits in this formulation, which occassionally found themselves inside my eyelids! Suppose if you are using it primarily for your face, the bits add a gently exfoliation factor; but if you're like me and tend to use a balm cleanser to remove your eye makeup, then maybe this isn't for you/us.

Doesn’t feel clean
Not keen. I’ve rinsed this off like 10 times and it still leaves a residue. It doesn’t feel clean on my skin. Also doesn’t take the makeup off my face halo.Â

I already bought like 4 of these. They are amazing. But the last one that I ordered had some kind of scrub pearls. I was surprised and did not really enjoy it.
