Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Great cleanser for anyone
I love this as my first cleanse, sometimes morning.  It has good slip, it emulsifies easily, it’s not drying, and removes every scrap of makeup. It’s budget friendly, and very gentle, I can use this even if my face is angry from overdoing the actives!It has a slight scent, earthy, oaty, but no fragrance.  Will always re-purchaseÂ

Cheap and reasonably cheerful: Does the job, but others do it better
A nice cheap alternative to some of the more pricey cleansing balms out there. Removed my makeup, sunscreen, and left my skin feeling soft; however, I hated the gritty bits in this formulation, which occassionally found themselves inside my eyelids! Suppose if you are using it primarily for your face, the bits add a gently exfoliation factor; but if you're like me and tend to use a balm cleanser to remove your eye makeup, then maybe this isn't for you/us.

Doesn’t feel clean
Not keen. I’ve rinsed this off like 10 times and it still leaves a residue. It doesn’t feel clean on my skin. Also doesn’t take the makeup off my face halo.Â

I already bought like 4 of these. They are amazing. But the last one that I ordered had some kind of scrub pearls. I was surprised and did not really enjoy it.

No good
Felt rubbery. Way too thick and felt sticky on my skin like it was pulling at my face. Not gentle or slippery enough. Better cleansing balms for the same price.

Oat cleansing balm
This is my second purchase of this item . I suffer with rosacea and eczema patches on my face from time to time . This is really calming and soothing and great for removing make up .Â

Consistency can be hit and miss but it's incredibly effective as removing even the hardiest make up, would buy again

Awful
I bought this finally after hearing everyone raving about it. But it’s disgusting, it’s super thick and has a weird gritty texture. I find that it doesn’t cleanse my skin that well, and you definitely need to use a second cleanser to remove the horrible waxy residue on the skin. It also doesn’t emulsify as much as other cleansing balms.Â
