Really not a fan of this product. The texture is so thick and strange, really leaves such thick oily residue on your sick and it doesn't rinse off well. You really need to cleanse well after with a different cleanser. The smell is also a bit off, and the product separates. I much prefer the ordinary's cleanser.

really nice product
this is such a nice cleansing balm, the price is great and it gets the job done, my advice would be after using more of the product the oil part is getting little separated from the product so shake the bottle before using and this should solve the problem :)

Love it
This is my favourite cleanser. I like the texture and how it feels on the skin. It doesn't dries me out. It does a great job with removing sunscreen and makeup. And the price is right.

It’s okay
It definitely works and does the job but the packaging and the scent aren’t my favorite. The packaging doesn’t let me get the product out and I had to cut it open and there was at least 2/4 of the product inside and the scent is just kinda gross but it’s bearable. I recommend the Hemish cleansing balm over this

Feels rich
This feels like a thick film when washing with it. But the moisture it has is unreal! I love in Alaska where its so so dry and this is the good stuff.

Great cleanser, great VFM, bad consistency
Tends to separate when the weather is hot and needs a good shake before each use. Other than that, it is a great cleanser, leaves my skin feeling clean but not dry. I use it for a first cleanse.

Good for double cleansing
I use this balm as the first step to double cleansing. Used alone it doesn't work amazing, but I use it in combination with a second cleanser and I like it. I find it almost a dupe for the clinique take the day off balm which is way more expensive. It's fragrance free and doesn't irritate my skin.

Okay, does the job
Use this to remove makeup at night, doesn’t smell great and can be really difficult to get out of the tube but it works.

I’m not the biggest fan
I was disappointed by this product since everyone hyped it up. Even though I do natural makeup, when I cleaned my face with this, washed it off, pat my face dry with a towel, the towel would still have makeup. Is good as a first cleanse tho

Good but not perfect
Looks like vaseline, smells like oats. Doesn't remove a waterproof cosmetics, but can take away sunscreen and light makeup. Rather gentle to skin, but leaves an oily film after washed away. Second cleansing with something foaming is necessary. After 2 weeks the formula becomes thinner and starts to separate to a base and oils. You get what you pay for
