Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto your hand then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin then rinse thoroughly.

Awful
I bought this finally after hearing everyone raving about it. But it’s disgusting, it’s super thick and has a weird gritty texture. I find that it doesn’t cleanse my skin that well, and you definitely need to use a second cleanser to remove the horrible waxy residue on the skin. It also doesn’t emulsify as much as other cleansing balms.Â

Needs serious improvements
It does a great job at removing makeup, and once emulsified, it transforms into a lovely milky texture. However, the packaging is a nightmare; a tube just does not work with this. The texture is also rather unpleasant: gritty, thick and goo-like. Good as a first cleanser but not if you like combining a lovely experience with results that speak for themselves.

Inkey cleansing balm
I have dry sensitive skin, now peri menopausal also, i did love this at first, very smooth on the skin but soon got spotty.

Good for sensitive skin
Bought this as very sensitive skin and perimenopausal 4yrs now and been prone to skin break outs of all sorts paying for it now i spose as i didn't have any problems with spots as teenager, this makes skin lovely and soft with no breakouts also had votary sample which i used on foreams, wasnt aware for face but calmed my raised lumpy itchy arms down when prescription creams hadn't worked well last few years,well impressed with both products.

VALUE FOR MONEY
I really love this product and I have purchased it many times. It does remove make up and mascara leaving the skin very soft but not dry. I think it's perfect for people with sensitive skin and I definitely recommend it as a first cleanse.

As good as the pricier alternatives
This is a brilliant balm cleanser which is just as good as the pricier alternatives. It’s saved me a lot of £s. Rinsed easily off with water leaving skin soft, clean and not greasy like some balms can. Love it.Â
