Heat up a lot
I didn't expect it to heat as much or for so long as it does. I enjoy it but it can be too much sometimes, you can get steam around the eyes when using it and that can cause discomfort. I use it when i meditate and it's a whole experience. Would buy again even with all that.

Not very comfortable
I like a good warm compress and expected to love these. I got one in the Flight Mode edit, and I'm glad I didn't commit to a set, as it turns out it's not a product for me. The pad heated up quickly and felt nice for the first couple of minutes, but it quickly got uncomfortable as it started to feel weirdly humid. I suppose it didn't work well with my skincare. I ended up using it over my aching knee.

Not for Everyone
I feel obligated to share a different perspective. I’ve only seen glowing reviews for this product, so I decided to give it a try. Imagine my surprise when I realized how uncomfortable it was for me to use these masks. They do heat up well, but to be honest, I felt way too hot, which made the experience very unpleasant. I tried to relax, but I just couldn’t. I think this product isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. I now use the remaining masks during my period to place on my stomach, but I’ll never use them for my eyes again.
