Apply morning and evening after cleansing, before moisturiser. Pump twice into the palm and apply to 5 points on the face (both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin). Smooth over the face in upward, circular motions, working from the center outwards. Pump once more and apply to the neck using the same upward, outward motions.
