I got this in the mini to test it out and I will definitely be getting the full size once it runs out. It’s super easy to wash off in warm water. The one thing is though sometimes I do notice a little flaking when I have it on my bottom lashes.

I see why this mascara is absolutely loved by influencers and YouTubers—it’s a sleek, defining, and truly smudge-proof tubing formula that gives incredible length. However, this popular opinion just didn't hold up for my specific needs, and I'm genuinely glad I bought the travel size and didn't commit to the full product. The Hourglass Unlocked Mascara is not a terrible product, but it's not a volume mascara. My sparse lashes need maximum gripping power and thickness right at the base, and this formula/brush combination is simply too sleek and separating. It defines beautifully, but it emphasizes length and separation over density, leaving my lashes looking longer but still quite sparse. If you love length and separation, you'll adore this. If you are like me and need serious root-to-tip volume and thickness, this one just won't cut it. It’s a great mascara, but ultimately, it’s just not for me.
