Combining impurity-extracting hydrocolloid polymer technology with pore-purifying active ingredients, the Acne Day Dots, available in packs of 20, or jumbo packs of 40, create a barrier to protect blemishes from unwanted bacteria while working hard to reduce the appearance of spots whenever you need it.
First you'll find encapsulated salicylic acid (AKA a spot's arch-nemesis). Next, there's vitamin A, to promote a clearer complexion. And finally, there's aloe vera leaf extract which reduces redness and soothes swollen or irritated blemishes. After cleansing, apply a dot, tacky-side down, directly on your blemish. For best results, wear for at least six hours. For even peskier breakouts, use with Peace Out Acne Serum (sold separately). Precautions: If you're experiencing any areas of excessive dryness, open skin, or over exfoliated due to peels/chemical exfoliation/actives, give your skin a little resting time before using these dots.

I didn’t notice anything that the other patches didn’t do. For example, K-beauty with salicylic acid, but 2-3 times cheaper. Think about it.

To be honest, I didn't see any difference from other cheaper versions.
The hype around these retinol patches has intrigued me for a while, but now that I've finished a pack, I can't say I'm over the moon like many others. So, for me, it's too pricey for what Korean patches with salicylic acid can achieve. Additionally, out of 40 patches, I managed to apply them perfectly only three times without any uneven edges.

It does help with pimples and acne, but it just takes out the pus that’s already on the surface. It can’t take away all the pus and you need to use more then one dot to be effective
