I never used lip liners, but this one matches my natural lip colour (Wherever walnut light) and if I apply it in the morning, it fades a little throughout the day, but the outline is still visible in the evening. Goes together beautifully with pink shades of lip balm, lipstick.

I love makeup forever lip liner amazing texture and shades. Really easy to apply and to work with. I also use them for my eyes and sometimes instead of contour stick. But i think they are quite expensive. You surely can find cheaper alternatives
