I love using this toner under the cosrx snail mucin cream and that combo is amazing! Although I don’t think a hydrating toner is a necessity in anyone’s skincare routine unless you’re extremely dry and this one is no exception. It’s really lightweight and feels nice in the skin though. The packaging is very minimalistic and almost boring.
