Patience is key
I started taking Hair Sweet Hair after really struggling with Long Covid and noticing a dramatic amount of hair loss. While this wasn't noticeable to others, every time I washed my hair or brushed it, whole handfuls would come out. The stress of this alone was getting too much for me so I wanted to do something about it...enter Hum to save the day!As with any supplement, it does take time to see results, so I found after 2 jars (two months) I really started to see the difference. You have to stick with it and be consistent for them to get to work in my opinion, so if you just try for a month and leave it there, honestly that's not giving the product an opportunity to do what it does best. I've now purchased my 3rd (and 4th safety backup already) jar as I just can't be without these little gummies now. Just over two months in, and I'm getting back to normal, my hair loss has massively reduced, and I'm seeing so much new growth particularly around my temples where I have more patchy grow out and baby hairs. It just feels and looks healthy again after being dry, brittle and so much more sparse than normal. Even my nails, which are naturally weak and take the brunt of my stress, are now growing through much stronger and more resilient! They even taste great, I just keep them on my desk for an afternoon sweet treat and never forget to take them. If you're hesitating, I beg you not to and give them a go, I haven't looked back!

I love the taste of these!! I am combining them with HUM Collagen Love and apart from my skin feeling firmer I have been complemented on my glow – so they do work indeed!

It really works
I got this in my goody bag but was sceptical because I never thought that a gummy bear vitamin would ever do anything but I was stunned with the results. After just taking one I could see the difference. My face felt hydrated and looked plump. So if you suffer from dry skin I would definitely recommend it.

Yummy and effective!
I tried other gummies before but never liked the taste or texture enough to buy another or even finish them. This one is the best you can get: they taste like a citric fruit gum and make your skin look radiant and glowing. Absolute recommendation! You will see a difference - my daily must-have :-)
