I have thin hair, used it before blow-drying. Not sure what this product gave me, a bit of holding I think. The spray nozzle was strange, and the product didn’t come out with the pressure enough to spray evenly. Not buying again.

Texturizes Well
I can’t really tell the difference between this and the root lift product I have in the same line. I flip my hair over, and I lightly spray my curls to keep them lifted and it works well. Not sticky at all.

I love these small hair sprays. It is a great wat to get to know a product. This is one Iight get in a bigger size. I used it with my heated rollers. It has a heat protectant, but keeps my hair soft and clean feeling, which I want. I am also happy that this does not smell overpowering.
