The finish is soft matte without being drying and makes my make up last quite a long time. I very oily in my t-zone and when I use this spray I can forget my blotting powder at home without ending the night looking greasy, which is unheard of. I think the application process is quite crucial to the results; I personally like to press it into the skin with a puff while still wet.

This setting spray is absolutely INCREDIBLE! It instantly mattifies the skin and my makeup literally stayed in place all day long. Because it’s so effective, it makes me a tiny bit too matte for my personal taste, so I like to layer it with a tiny spritz of a glowing spray to bring back a bit of radiance. Not so good for mature skin
I have dry, mature skin, so I always make sure to moisturize it thoroughly. However, during the summer, my makeup tends to get oily in the T-zone very quickly. I use blotting papers, and I was hoping this setting spray would work well for me, but unfortunately, it doesn’t provide enough oil control. It looks too drying on the drier areas of my face, while not being mattifying enough in the oilier areas.
