It does what it's meant to.
I can't give it less than a 5 because it does exactly what it says it will to. It it better than others, maybe I can't really tell to be honest. I do think it works great and I like the fact that you can take it apart to see what your sharpening and it comes with a little took to get any lip liner gunk you might get in the blades.
