Does not clean anything
This product might be gentle but it is definitely too gentle to clean anything. I had a similar product from Avene before, in the same shape of the bottle, and ti worked even for removing makeup while being gentle. I thought this is the same but it is useless. I now see that it might be the same product but reformulated. What a shame, it was a good cleanser.

Gentle cleanser
It's really very gentle, not irritating and not stripping skin. It cleanses properly only if you don't have thick sunscreen layer or a lot of foundation. In this case is better to use it as second cleanser.
