Okay I guess
It's definitely convenient during summer because it helps you feeling refreshed, obviously it's water. I didn't find myself reaching for it all winter so maybe if it's a seasonal buy for summer, or if one does have irritated skin then I can say it's useful, otherwise I would skip this, nothing that tap water cannot do just as good.
