Every time I use this mask, no matter the shampoo, the result is the same. My hair feels super strong and a little too hard to the touch. Even if I've used conditioner and leave-in conditioner afterwards. The way I see it, this mask is great for very damaged hair, but if your hair damage isn't that bad, you shouldn't use it more than once a week. If you wash once a week, use it every other wash.
