I was having some bad months, feeling down, de-energized, heavy… When I started taking these pills I wasn’t too hopeful but I knew they weren’t going to hurt anyway. Surprisingly I started feeling better and more positive. I highly recommend them if you are feeling burnt or tired. I will buy them again.

I’m not sure if this is a placebo effect but I definitely feel more energised and in a better mood. I’ve taken these for over two months now and honestly I was in a bad way with my mood and just wanted to sleep all the time and although I still have days like that, I do just feel a bit brighter which is really worth it to me. I’ve stocked up with another three bottles so I believe in these little capsules!
