Not for rosacea and very sensitive skin
It feels hydrating, but my very sensitive skin with rosacea didn't like it. It made my skin so itchy 10 mins after application. I gave it to my sister and she's fine with it, no problems at all. So, if you have normal skin I guess it will work for you, but every skin is a world.

I am of those women that thinks that a toner is a real waste of money. Better to put your money in a decent serum, retinal or peptidecream. IHowever - this one changed my mind. It is a nice addition that I truly love. It is light, but nourishing. It adds lustre to your skin, but never shiny. It’s dewy, soft and so easily absorbed. My skin looks a million bucks, make up stays put. In summertime I use this and a SPF, that’s it. In winter it is this comfy extra layer. Really nothing to complain, just compliments! I tried Byoma (too light) and HaruHaru Black Rice (really nourishing, great for winter or whenskinbarrier is compromised) too, but the Laneige is the one I will buy again.

This is very good product, feels great on my skin and I can really feel the difference after using this for two weeks. The texture is very silky and light, it does not have a strong scent and it absorbs quickly. Definitely recommending this to others as well.

Not for sensitive skin
I have very sensitive skin and rosacea, it says that is formulated for sensitive skin, but there's some ingredient in the formula that makes my skin itch. So I wouldn't say it's safe for sensitive skin, specially if you have rosacea.
