I take two gummy's a day It is very tasty My hair, nails start growing I am so happy with it  I hope it gonna help me with my died blonde fragile hair

I’ve been using Hum Hair Sweet Hair for over 2 years now and I’m addicted. My hair has definitely grown considerably longer and there’s a noticeable difference in the growth of my eyelashes and eyebrows. They taste great but I do find them slightly hard on my stomach so I always take them after a meal. It might take a few months to see a difference when you start taking them but I highly recommended giving them a chance!

I haven't used these gummies for too long, so I can't say if they work or not. But the gummies are way, WAY too sweet! So sweet that I don't even like taking them!

These gummies taste amazing and after a few months I could already see results. My nails became very strong, less breakage and my hair started to grow faster. Sometimes my stomach gets irritated when I use hair supplements but this one didn't cause any issue.
